Naturaceutical Delivery Corporation (NDC) is a Drug Delivery Systems
company with patented and proprietary platform technologies for the
pharmaceutical, cosmeceutical, nutraceutical and traditional cosmetic
markets. NDC's high barrier delivery systems incorporate proprietary
one-way dispensing and delivery of multi-dose, aseptically packaged
preservative-free products. NDC's Delivery Systems are comprised of
patented, "constantly sealing", one-way valve systems attached
to flexible reducing reservoirs including traditional tubes, bellows

Amcis AG has celebrated its 25th anniversary servicing its
international pharmaceutical clients in contract R&D and in manufacturing
of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API's). Amcis AG is located
in Bubendorf and shares some of the facilities with CIS Pharma. Rolf
Schäfer is the acting CEO for both organizations. The state of
the art facilities are FDA inspected (no 483"s for seven years)
and all services are performed under cGMP manufacturing practices.
The spectrum of services includes everything from bench chemistry
to scale-up and synthesis optimization work, to pilot plant and subsequently
to full scale manufacturing. A large percentage of the work consists
of chiral synthesis, low temperature reactions (-100°C), organometallic
reactions as well as chlorination, phosgenation, borane in THF, LiAlH4,
etc. Amcis AG has long time experience in simulating large scale processes
at smaller scale levels assuring a smooth and cost effective transition
to the API production. All projects have IT supported documentation
and the staff is accustomed to submitting IND's, NDA's and DMF's.
